self development using Stanislawski theatre method

Why?

To introduce the Stanislawski method as tool for self development, and way to improve own communication style;

To develop different tools for communication: body expression, vocal, emotional memory and awareness;

To build self confidence, provoke imagination and extend potential of creativity through theatre activities;

To create space for cultural exchange, share experience and build cooperation between Europeans coming from different countries among adult learners.

What one can learn?

Participants will get basic knowledge of Stanislawski theatre method and tools – movement, voice, emotional memory. Taking part in the workshop gives opportunity to learn about importance of conscious use of body, voice and emotions in communication. Integration of all these three elements in one act of expression it is going to be the main challenge during the workshop. The learners of the workshop will raise awareness of self expression using body. Participation in activities gives possibility to explore different options of using voice,  let to develop imagination and creative thinking, unblock low esteem in self expression and build up self-confidence.
